Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT is growing and expanding its Operating Room Services! If you are an experienced Operating Room Nurse or know a Certified Surgical Tech interested in working in a new, state-of-the-art Operating Room, please check us out. Sign-on bonus is offered (up to $20,000) for experienced Cardiac OR RNs! Opportunities to cross-train for cardiac as well as opportunities to work 4-10 hour shifts are available. We will be hiring for the following positions for various shifts and hours, including per diem.
•Staff RN for both Cardiac and Main Operating Room •Certified Surgical Techs for Cardiac Operating Room
We are also searching for a Clinical Advisor for the Cardiac Operating Room. This is an opportunity to take the next step in your career in a growing service line. Saint Francis Hospital has one of the largest open heart programs in the Northeast. Our recently opened 10-story, 318,000-square-foot John T. O’Connell Tower includes:

To join our team you’ll need to be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current Connecticut registration and a minimum of one year of experience in an Operating Room; BSN strongly preferred. A structured perioperative educational program is periodically provided for RNs that desire to work in an OR setting. Surgical Techs must have a current certification from an accredited program.
